It’s so nice to meet you here in the virtual world. Hi, I am Rebecca, my basic stats are; I am a 47 year old happily married childless woman living in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. I have depression and anxiety but those two things don’t define me and my life I choose to live. I live with them as best I can each day and most days are good days. I am currently a homemaker but my trade/career has also been an Administrative Assistant for some 20 years now.
I practice radical self-care and strive to know myself better everyday. I work to improve my physical health daily and in turn it improves my mental health too. Like gut health is everything for mind and body. So I am highly aware of the food I eat daily; eating clean really helps my brain fog more than anything else I have ever done. One other thing I practice weekly is having a life coach. I have had a few different ones, Christine Hassler, Amy-Elizabeth Smith, and currently Jamie Berman. Each one has taught me so much about myself and who I can become. I find having a life coach rewarding and hard at the same time. Having someone outside your life, getting you to dive deep into your fear is not an easy thing to face but worth it. I have tried traditional western therapy but it never worked well for me. If you looking to level up your life in any way, find a life coach that resonates with you and your vibe.
I am happily married for 19 years to my soulmate, Tom. He and I are inseparable. We truly enjoy each others company and thoughts. We have deep conversation on the regular and do everything together. We find living to be a team effort, no chore is too small to share. There is nothing in this world that makes me happier than spending time with him.
